Meet Parvinakhon, a 16-year-old FLEX Scholarship winner from Tajikistan with a heart for service and a passion for learning. She devotes much of her time to volunteering, where she leads conversation clubs, plans cultural events, and brings people together through meaningful outreach—especially in rural communities. Parvinakhon also independently runs an English conversation club, creating fun and supportive spaces for students to build confidence in their language skills. Outside the classroom, she balances her studies with a deep commitment to helping others and hopes to try new activities in the U.S., like swimming and guitar lessons.
