My name is Rafael, and I am 17 years old. I’ve been living with my mother and my younger brother, since I was 4. I have full contact with my father, staying with him every other weekend. We travel frequently, always going to the beach and to the country house, and I have a great relationship with both my families. At school, I was always friends with everyone and very involved in class, always getting good grades, doing my homework and helping my classmates. When I was 10 years old, I discovered that I had type 1 diabetes, but I quickly got used to this condition without complaining, having to constantly monitor my blood sugar levels every day since then! I like video games, watching movies and series, some sports like ping pong and swimming, and going out with friends on the weekends to the movies and playing at each other’s houses. Since I was born, I have always lived in apartments, but I aways dreamed about living in a house. I know that in the United States it’s more common to live in houses. Do you live in a house?
