My name is Barbara, my friends call me Basia. I’m 16 years old. I live in the suburbs of a big city in Poland together with my parents, two brothers, grandfather, my dearest dog and guinea pig. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, meeting with my friends, and do some sports activities like swimming, cycling, skating or mountain hiking. I’m friendly, trustworthy, well-organized and keen to meet new people. I can be a little shy at first, but after some time, I become more open and talkative 🙂 An exchange year in the USA has been my dream for a few years. I would love to learn more about American culture, meet new people, experience life as an American teenager, and have an exciting adventure. I also would like to improve my English, what would help me in the future to attend recognized university in Europe and travel around the world which is my another dream.
