Interns and Trainees can gain hands-on experience with New England cuisine, fresh local seafood, seasonal ingredients, and fine dining while working across multiple dining concepts, including the ocean-view 1637 Main Dining Room, Ship’s Cellar Pub, and seasonal Tavern at Chapman Cottage. The Inn’s Executive Chef, Jermain Henry, has been with the property for 15 years, providing an opportunity to learn from an experienced culinary professional in a professional, established kitchen environment.
