While it may be Summer in Chicago, the Winter recruitment season has begun! Representatives from Kalahari Resorts and Beech Mountain Resort traveled to the Windy City to kick off their Winter recruitment season with Greenheart Exchange.

By attending the Greenheart World’s Fair, the host organizations spent two days virtually interviewing candidates from Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia, Paraguay, and Peru to fulfill their seasonal hiring needs and diversify their workforce. Greenheart staff were on hand to assist with troubleshooting and technical assistance as employers worked their way through their interview schedule.

Greenheart World’s Fair Offered Host Organizations a Networking Opportunity
The Greenheart World’s Fair gave the host organizations opportunities to connect with each other, share best practices and stories, and experience all that Chicago has to offer. Additionally, the host organizations were able to learn more about Greenheart’s Work and Travel Program by speaking with experienced Greenheart staff.
Enjoying Chicago!
Travelers also visited some of Chicago’s iconic neighborhoods and tried some classic staples in their free time. To celebrate a successful couple of days of interviews, the host organizations and Greenheart employees experienced Chicago’s renowned comedy scene with a trip to the Second City for a night of sketch and improv comedy.

A Successful Hiring Event!
A big thank you to our travelers for joining us in Chicago! While the weather didn’t always cooperate, interviews were conducted, participants were hired, and fun was had. With the end of this month’s World’s Fair, the Winter recruitment season is well underway at Greenheart Exchange.
