Group participants travel to specific communities at set dates in order to practice their English and experience American culture along with a group of their peers.

  • Program information

      • There are generally one or more excursions per week; some programs also include English classes and other activities.
      • Participants are typically teens traveling over summer or during a school break.
      • Hosts are responsible for providing a bed (student may share a room with similar aged host sibling), meals, guidance, and some help with transportation.
      • The application process to host a group student is slightly different than the process to host an Academic Year or Independent Homestay student.
