I am an Italian high school student who has dreamed of spending a year in the United States since I was 12 years old. I was born and raised in a beautiful seaside town in the south of Italy, and three years ago I moved with my family to another region in the north, where I made new friends and grew more independent. I enjoy science and technology, and I love working on practical projects, especially building things with my hands and experimenting. In my free time, I like playing sports and spending time with my family. I am excited to learn about American culture, improve my English, and understand everyday expressions and ways of life.
