Hi, my name is Eeva and I’m really excited about the chance to spend an exchange year in the USA. I look forward to learning about American culture, making new friends, and becoming part of a new family. I would be especially happy if my host family has pets, since I’m an animal lover and enjoy spending time with them. As a person I am calm, creative, curious, and always ready for new experiences. In the winter I love snowboarding, which I do almost every week of the season with friends and family. I also enjoy being creative through painting, drawing, and crocheting little plush animals. Scouting has been a big part of my life too, teaching me outdoor skills, teamwork, and responsibility. I’m really looking forward to sharing my hobbies and learning new ones during my exchange year.
