Hi! I’m Madai, a 16-year-old student from Bolivia who is passionate about athletics, dance, and making friends. I have practiced track and field since I was a child, and training every day has taught me discipline, perseverance, and how to push myself beyond my limits. I also love dancing traditional folklore from my region because it connects me with my culture and allows me to express myself. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking for my family, and I love reading because it helps me reflect and see the world from different perspectives. Academically, I especially enjoy math and science, and in the future I hope to study Chemical or Aerospace Engineering. During my exchange year, I would love to join a school track team, grow in a new academic environment, share my culture, and build a meaningful connection with my host family.
