My name is Mathilde, I am 18 years old and currently in my final year of high school. I live with my French family, with my sister, my brother and my parents. I am a cheerful, sociable person who loves making others laugh. I am always open to new experiences and enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone to discover new things, like this exchange year. During this gap year, I want to improve my English, meet new people and become more independent. I hope to use this year to grow, learn, and think more about my future. Living one year in the United States is a dream for me since I was a child, especially to be lucky to join an American high school.
